De Bortoli has produced this Sauvignon Blanc more in the style of Chardonnay, presenting you with fuller, richer flavours than you would normally expect from the variety. It’s medium straw in the glass with beautiful aromas of lemon and savoury oak. It's all about the mouthfeel which is soft and supple with savoury, leesy complexity. An excellent food wine.
