Fermoy Estate have perfected this dark and brooding Italian varietal. It shows lifted fresh aromas initially with an abundance of sweet ripe red berry and herbal tones developing into more typical varietal characteristics of briary/cigar box and leather. The palate is tight and structured with excellent length and typical natural acidity and chalky tannins.
