This Cabernet Shiraz blend, from the family owned and operated Brindabella Hills, is light to medium weight yet with a good core of fruit, indicative of the 2011 vintage.
Produced with fruit grown on the heights of Murrumbidgee ridge by owner and winemaker Roger Harris, this medium garnet blend has beautiful dark berry, plum, peppery and earth aromas. It has a plush, velvety mouthfeel with red berry and cedary oak in support.
