In the glass: Deep, ink red purple.
On the nose: Rich and intense black fruit with hints of spice, leather and mocha. On the palate: A ripe, full-bodied style with a lovely mix of plum and blackberry flavours, savoury, multi-layered tannins giving length and flavour weight to the long, silken finish. Shows great oak and acid balance making this one for the long haul, although it's so delicious now. Absolutely gorgeous.
