Crittenden Estate The Zumma Pinot Noir 2012

The Zumma Pinot Noir affectionately reflects Zoe Crittenden’s family nickname of ‘Zoe Zoe Zum Zum’. The Zumma wines are sourced from a small portion of Crittenden’s original home vineyard proudly planted and tended by the family since 1982.
 
A perfectly structured Pinot, it opens with classic, brooding aromas of forest floor, black cherry and strawberry. On the palate it’s rich and full with masculine layers of cherry and blackberry. While it delivers big on length, this powerful yet poised Pinot rewards with a delicate lingering finish.
