Daly Road is one of Grant Burge’s vineyards where the deep red, sandy loam soils are perfect for producing finely textured, complex wines and Shiraz and Mourvedre are particularly at home there.
This deep, dark red blend shows dense, curranty fruit aromas with hints of violet, blueberry and deluxe oak. Full, rich and true to its Barossa origins, it has layers of black fruits interlaced with earth, pepper and spice. Charry oak is evident but balanced, along with ripe yet assertive tannins.
