Winner of Golds at the 2018 Royal Perth and National Wine Shows, this Cabernet comes from McWilliam’s 660 range, named after the metres above sea level in the cool Hilltops region of NSW.
In the glass: Vibrant red purple.
On the nose: Bright, fragrant cassis, red and dark berry fruit aromas.
On the palate: Powerful blackcurrant and blood plum with terrific freshness and flavour impact, subtle background oak and strong varietal crushed leaf, dried herb and tobacco notes adding appeal. The tannins are deep and seamless with deliciously fresh acidity.
