The Patrick of Coonawarra team has sourced fruit from the sub-region of Wrattonbully for this Shiraz, which they matured in 100% new American and French oak.
The results is an intense mix of black cherry, currant and anise on the nose. On the palate, beautiful, fully-ripe black fruits with hints of star anise and white pepper creating a dense, multi-layered package. This wine shows bullet-proof structure, it is a real keeper.
