Peacock's Fan Malbec 2016

While still strikingly varietal, this is a quite a rich, textural style of Malbec from the talented winemaker Zar Brooks.
 
In the glass: Inky dense red black.
On the nose: Dense, immense black cherry, cola, liquorice and dark chocolate power
with fine herb and spice perfume.
On the palate: Dense with mouth-filling richness and mouth-coating tannins, amazing black fruit power and a deliciously dark and brooding persistence.
