Serafino CAB Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

I really enjoy assisting the team at Serafino with the blending of this wine.
I love this vintage for its potential to age gracefully in the cellar.
 
In the glass: Full red crimson.
On the nose: Lifted currant, plum, cassis and cedar oak.
On the palate: Vibrant, juicy and concentrated yet retaining elegance with a savoury, rich core of blackcurrant fruit wrapped in a blanket of quality oak. A classy Cabernet still to show its best.
