Seville Estate The Barber Shiraz 2014

Winemaker Dylan McMahon has crafted this delicious Seville Estate ‘Barber’ that’s a cut above the rest - it’s layered and elegant with loads of rich black fruit.
 
In the glass: Vibrant, youthful dark red purple.
On the nose: Lifted dark berry, violet, black pepper spice, liquorice and crushed leaf.
On the palate: Medium bodied, layered and elegant with loads of rich black fruit character and slightly toasty length. The tannins are fine and youthful with refreshing acidity and a touch of pepper and juniper spice on the finish.
