Tahbilk’s Eric Purbrick range is made from the most outstanding fruit of the vintage, befitting this fine tribute to man behind Tahbilk wines from 1931 until 1978. The 2010 Cabernet was described by the Panel as a savoury red with layers of interest.
Medium red with a brick hue in the glass, it features aromas of leaf litter, tobacco, red berry and mint. Rich, dense and juicy with earthy red fruits over cedar and leather development, it’s still fresh and clean.
