Don Totino brings Italian passion to his Adelaide Hills vineyards and his hard work has resulted in this beautifully plush Cabernet.
Medium to full red in colour, it allures with aromas of coffee and chocolate over spicy black fruit. Plush, ripe, soft and velvety, it has layers of black fruit, vanilla and coffee with lovely notes of regional licorice. Still quite youthful with firm but well balanced tannins and lovely line and length.
