This Hunter Valley Sangiovese is a wine designed to drink young and capture the bright red fruit flavours and puckering acidity of the variety.
 
In the glass: Light to medium red, attractively bright.
On the nose: Fresh raspberry and strawberry fruit intensity with a touch of cedary oak in the background.
On the palate: Elegant and well made showing juicy red fruits in a complex and savoury style with velvety soft tannins and earthy yet clean length.
