Vinrock Shiraz 2011

McLaren Vale is deservedly famous for producing Shiraz with a rich, up front and boisterous palate of plum, spice and dark berries as demonstrated by the Vinrock Shiraz 2011.
 
Made by winemaker Marco Iannetti with fruit sourced from the Luca Vineyard, this Shiraz is full dark red in the glass with aromas of dark berry, and plum with a cedary lift. The palate features dense, juicy dark berry fruit with vibrant acidity and cedary oak in support. It finishes with long plummy fruit length with ripe tannins and plush persistence.
