With Bird in Hand’s characteristic attention to detail, they’ve made this appealing Rosé from Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir and maintained its fresh, lively characters thanks to the cool fermentation of each grape parcel.
This Rosé almost smells pink with its soft cherry, musk, strawberry and cream and subtle cinnamon spice aromas. The palate is elegant, light and soft with gentle layers of red cherry and raspberry fruit and just a hint of confectionary. Fairly restrained with mouth-watering acidity and light, savoury appeal.
