Hunter Valley born Mark Woods is the senior winemaker at Leogate, and has crafted numerous medal-winning wines like this Bronze winning 2010 Blanc de Blancs. Pale straw in the glass with a green hue, it has a fine bead with a light, mealy lift on the nose and refreshing hints of lemon zest. The full bodied palate is warm and generous with mealy and peach characters and good persistence.
