Presenting an excellent straw green colour with a very fine bead, this Sparkling has a nose of yellow peach with hints of mushroom, fig and florals, Chardonnay richness, barrel-driven depth and vegemite lees notes. The palate is quite masculine and rich with layers of melon and fig, the depth and harmony of oak perfume and creamy, leesy persistence.
