Ascella owners Barb and Geoff Brown are very passionate about their organic vineyards located in the Broke-Fordwich sub-region of the Hunter Valley that produce delicious organic wines like this 2013 Chardonnay.
Crafted by winemaker Liz Jackson, this alluring Chardonnay is pale lemon in colour. On the nose, it displays peach, nectarine, lemon and charry vanillin oak aromas while the palate has bright layers of citrus and stonefruit with nutty lees, vanillin oak and good acidity on the spicy finish.
