Pale lemon straw in the glass, it features rich aromas of ripe pear and baked apple with a touch of paw paw. Medium to full weight and definitely made in a true Gris-style, it has good textural elements, a touch of honey, almond meal-like leesy depth and savoury yet racy acidity.
