Briar Ridge Fumé Blanc Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2014

Combining Hunter Valley Semillon with Sauvignon Blanc from the cool climate of Orange, this beautifully textured wine is a great example of the Fumé Blanc style.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon straw.
On the nose: Lifted yet delicate citrus and light tropicals with a savoury, slighty nutty note.
On the palate: All about texture with a bright, crisp and gentle core of fruit, refined texture and crisp acidity. Quite neutral yet deluxe.
