Cape Jaffa 'Waxed Lyrical' Marsanne 2013

Located on the beautiful Limestone Coast, Cape Jaffa continues to produce excellent organic and biodynamic wines like the Cape Jaffa Waxed Lyrical Marsanne 2013.
 
Crafted by winemaker Anna Hooper, this bold yellow coloured Marsanne shows a profusion of yellow melon, beeswax and honeysuckle perfume. On the palate there’s a powerful mix of honey and ripe melon with beautiful texture and length. This is a great young-drinker with soft acidity and interesting textural appeal.
