This pale straw coloured Pinot Gris has a faint copper hue, typical of the variety. The nose is characterised by bruised apple and pear aromas with honeysuckle lift. Rich, textural and savoury, the palate has plush layers of pear, apple and dried fig balanced by racy, grapefruit-like acidity and leesy persistence.
