Elliot Rocke Semillon 2007

One for the Semillon fan who does not want to wait for ageing to develop flavour; this Semillon was chosen for its drink now styling.
 
Elliot Rocke is one of the oldest wineries in the Mudgee region and this Semillon is typically regional. You'll find it's a beautiful lemon colour with green hues. On the nose there are aromas of lemon zest with an almost earthy complexity. This continues with lemon zest, racy acid, and really good length; can drink now but will cellar for up to five years.
