Since 1996, First Creek have been producing exceptional wines with high quality fruit sourced from the Hunter Valley and other regional vineyards such as Orange where the high altitude provides the perfect environment for this fresh white.
 
Lifted sweet florals with perfumed rosewater aromatics flow from the nose of this pale straw-coloured wine. The rich, savoury palate has layers of varietal apple and pear, some chalky phenolics and refreshing length. A young-drinking wine best enjoyed with food.
