Fine, bright straw green in colour, this Hunter Valley beauty features very refined lime and lemongrass aromas with alluring background notes of toast and honey. The elegant and juicy palate has bright, fresh acidity providing lift and length, and refined lemony persistence. This is a lovely wine that is starting to show some wonderful development.
