Jackson's Hill Reserve Semillon 2016

This highly awarded boutique winery continues to produce fantastic examples of classic regional Semillon.
 
In the glass: Bright pale yellow.
On the nose: Delicate mix of yellow fruits, lime leaf and lemon curd.
On the palate: Light and dry yet quite intense and textural with understated citrus and light stonefruit flavours and mouth-watering texture. The mid-palate is quite deep with vibrant lemony acidity driving the long finish.
