Josef Chromy once again, expertly harness their cool climate Tasmanian vineyards to craft a Chablis-like unoaked Chardonnay with wonderful terroir expression and cellaring potential.
 
In the glass it displays a fine straw colour with a hint of youthful green. The nose is a fresh fruit salad of aromas, including bright nectarine, white peach and melon with hints of apple. It’s a stunning wine with good length and a persistent mouthfeel.
