Lark Hill in the Canberra District is a biodynamic producer whose cool climate vineyards are at one of the highest elevations in the region – the perfect environment for a modern expression of this classic variety.
Pale straw with a faint green hue, it displays grilled nuts, citrus, flint and burnt match aromas. The palate is crisp and minerally with a delicate core of lemony fruit, hints of stonefruit and granny smith-like acidity, subtle nutty oak in support and savoury length.
