Lisa McGuigan Pinot Gris 2012

While Lisa McGuigan comes from one of the Hunter Valley’s most famous winemaking families, she’s sourced fruit for this Pinot Gris from the cool climate region of Orange where it thrives.
 
Liz Jackson is one of Australia’s most highly-respected winemakers and this very pale hued Pinot Gris is a great testament to her talent. It’s a terrific food wine that opens with pear, quince and light floral aromas. It’s very clean with lovely palate weight, a good core of appealing pear fruit and salty length.
