MadFish’s label is by Maxine Fumagalli, a Noongar artist, who had a deep love for the land - and this love and respect for nature is echoed in this regional and varietal Margaret River Chardonnay.
From the renowned Howard Park winery, this vibrant Chardonnay is lemon yellow in colour and shows lifted varietal fruit aromas and smoky oak on the nose. It has a layered, complex and seriously structured palate, but with racy acidity keeping it fresh.
