Fruit for this Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Massoni’s Mt Eliza vineyard. The property is north-facing which assists with fruit ripening and overlooks Port Phillip Bay with maritime winds ensuring the grapes aren’t exposed to excessive heat.
Fresh and flavoursome it delivers a restrained and savoury nose with subtle notes of citrus, stonefruit, florals and a hint of smoke. Very ripe, generous and fleshy, the palate is a full-bodied, flavoursome dry white style with good savoury appeal, layers of texture and long, juicy persistence.
