Hunter winemaker Keith Tulloch has sourced fruit primarily from the high altitude NSW region of Hilltops where the cool climate has injected the wine with its lively acidity.
In the glass: Pale yellow.
On the nose: Light tropicals, apple and pear fruits, white flowers.
On the palate: Soft, warm and juicy with a ripe core of pear fruit, silken mouth-feel and texture and gentle acidity. Clean, fresh, varietal and easy to drink.
