Plantagenet Riesling 2011

Plantagenet’s aim is simple – “to produce the best wine possible” – and this Riesling definitely fits the bill with its Mount Barker fruit translating to a pristine drop with wide appeal.
 
It allures with aromas of light citrus with hints of herb and spice. Quite ripe and juicy, it has a sweet core of citrussy fruit. Very pristine acidity ensures a pure, clean palate with notes of talc and the beginning of secondary honey starting to appear.
