Yabby Lake describes their Mornington Peninsula Sauvignon Blanc as “a summer fling” but the Tasting Panel says it’s enjoyable at any time of year!
Showing a pale lemon straw colour in the glass, it presents a lovely savoury nose with lifted sea spray, citrus and light gooseberry aromas. The palate is more generous than the nose suggests with savoury layers of grapefruit and gooseberry, leesy complexity, seamless texture and persistence.
