Shaw & Smith Incognito Chardonnay 2015

It is very exciting to showcase this Shaw & Smith wine. Year in, year out they produce some of the best Chardonnay coming out of the Adelaide Hills.
 
In the glass: Pale lemon straw.
On the nose: Grapefruit, nectarine, cashew, marzipan and subtle vanillin oak.
On the palate: Stylish and refined with savoury layers of white and yellow fruits, creamy, almost nutty depth and well-judged cedary oak sitting in the background. Oozing style, it’s really creamy yet racy and full.
