The Chenin Blanc grapes from this relatively new winery established in 2003 in the northern end of Margaret River were selected for finesse, intensity of flavour and good acidity.
The wine was barrel fermented on some grape solids to accentuate the flint-like complexity in the aroma and flavour.
Made by Brian Fletcher, it delivers lifted, fully ripe varietal fruit salad aromas of melon, paw paw, guava and a touch of turkish delight. The bold palate has a ripe core of juicy fruit salad flavours and slight residual sugar running to a long, textural finish.
