Tomich Hill Single Vineyard Pinot Grigio 2013

This Pinot Grigio has been handcrafted from estate grown fruit from Tomich Hill’s high altitude cool climate vineyard in the Adelaide Hills resulting in a wine of appealing varietal signatures.
 
Medium straw in the glass with a very faint copper blush that’s typical of the variety, this Pinot Gris displays aromatic lime and apple lift on the nose.
The juicy appealing palate has strong varietal pear fruit, citrussy freshness and soft persistence.
