In the winery: After a relatively cool fermentation, the wine spent minimal time on yeast lees before being bottled early to maintain freshness.
In the glass: Bright, pale gold.
On the nose: Classic lanolin, lemon and talc lift.
On the palate: Super-fresh and vibrant with lemon fruit tingle energy and intensity. Perfectly weighted with ripe citrus varietals, Sunlight soap, dried herb notes and mere hints of honeyed development. Soft yet cleansing acidity gives way to toasty flavour persistence.
