Yering Farm in the Yarra Valley has 30 acres under vine on rich clay loam soil, growing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot.
Pale gold in colour with subtle aromas of stonefruit and melon. Medium-weight on the palate, clean, dry and spicy, with white peach and honeydew varietals, light vanillin oak in support, mealy lees complexity and fresh acidity.
