We’ve sourced some of the best cheeses from around the globe, such as Onetik Ossau Iraty, Le Marquis Chevre de Rambouillet, Marcel Petite Comté, and Le Dauphin, to taste alongside the finest Australian examples, matched to eight stunning wines.

Your hosts, Black Pearl Epicure’s General Manager and cheese expert Peter Gross, and Selector’s Paul Diamond, will guide you through the cheesemaking process, explain the vast array of cheese styles, and reveal the art of cheese and wine appreciation.The class will see you experience a unique view of some of the world’s best cheese, including Australia’s.
