Cheese & Wine Masterclass | Newcastle

As part of Newcastle Food Month, Wine Selectors invites you on a delicious journey with some of the world’s best cheeses paired perfectly with wine at a very special Cheese & Wine Masterclass!

We’ve sourced 12 of the best cheeses from around the globe, to taste alongside Australia's finest examples, all matched to stunning Australian wines. Our partner Yarra Valley Dairy will provide some of the most mouth-watering cheeses in Australia right now.

Your hosts, Black Pearl Epicure’s General Manager and cheese expert Peter Gross, and Selector’s Paul Diamond, will guide you through the cheesemaking process, explain the vast array of cheese styles, and reveal the art of cheese and wine appreciation. The class will see you experience a unique view of some of the world’s best cheese, including Australia’s.
