Wine Selectors invites you on a delicious journey with some of the world’s best cheeses paired perfectly with wine at our Cheese & Wine Masterclass!

We’ve sourced 12 of the best cheeses from around the globe, to taste alongside Australia's finest, all matched to stunning Australian wines. Our partners Yarra Valley Dairy will be showcasing their best local cheeses, alongside stunning international examples from Europe and beyond.

Your hosts, Black Pearl Epicure’s General Manager and cheese expert Peter Gross, and Selector’s Paul Diamond, will guide you through the cheesemaking process, explain the vast array of cheese styles, and reveal the art of cheese and wine appreciation.

Join us at the Toxteth Hotel from 2pm-5pm on Saturday 24th October for an afternoon of indulgence. This class will leave you with a unique view of two of life's greatest pleasures - wine and cheese!

Note: Wine Selectors has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and working hard to keep the best interests of our guests and staff always front of mind.
