Born in Vietnam, but having grown up in Australia, Jerry has seen Australians fall in love with Vietnamese cuisine, especially bahn mi and pho. But while these dishes are popular street treats, there’s so much more to explore about Vietnamese food and through Annam, Jerry loves introducing her diners to the breadth of taste sensations on offer.
Now it’s your turn to enjoy a cuisine discovery dinner with Jerry. Featuring four courses with six matching wines, her menu will fuse influences from Vietnam, along with flavours cues from the cuisines of Thailand and Cambodia.
