On Thursday March 28, at Bistrot Gavroche, we will explore the luscious varieties that have defined the reputations of these great regions and will be showcasing them with great Australian examples.
Bistrot Gavroche’s chef, Frederic Colin, has created a menu that pays homage to gastronomic delights of Burgundy and Provence with each course paired with French and premium Australian examples of wines from these iconic French regions.
Housed in a beautiful old rum warehouse, Bistrot Gavroche respects the historical structure of this timeless Sydney space while creating a traditional French bistro atmosphere that’s unique to the city.
