On Thursday 18th July, at Port Melbourne’s elegant institution Ciao Cielo, we will explore the iconic varieties that have defined the reputation of the superb wine regions of Italy and showcase them with excellent Australian examples. The dinner will feature wines from all parts of Italy to round out the experience.
Ciao Cielo’s chef Bryan Nelson has curated an elegant four course menu that pays hommage to gastronomic delights of Italy with each course paired with premium Italian and Australian wines.
