Join Selector and Macao Government Tourism Office for a very special evening as we explore the exotic flavours of Macanese cuisine. Macanese is a hybrid of influences from around the world and thanks to its significant culinary heritage, Macao is regarded as the home of the world’s first fusion food. It’s east meets west with the coming together of the truly unique flavours and traditions of Chinese and Portuguese.
Portuguese born chef José Silva (previously of Guillaume Brahimi’s three-hatted Opera House restaurant) of bibo wine bar, Double Bay, will be presenting a custom menu to reflect these incredible flavours in bibo’s intimate private dining space.
Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of premium Portuguese and Australian wines for a dining experience to remember.
