Refunds and Transfers

We have a flexible refund policy and offer full refunds up to 48 hours from the event date. If you are unable to attend within this timeframe, please contact us to transfer to another event or have another guest attend in your place. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another guest, just email us the new name for the door list at events@wineselectors.com.au or edit your booking via Event Brite.

We cater to all dietary requirements. Please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process what your dietary requirement is and we'll work with the restaurant to accommodate.

Seating

Guests will be seated with other guests on large group tables. Please let us know as part of the ticket purchase process if you’ve booked separately to other guests and would like to sit together.
