Our first event takes places at Le Bon Ton, 51 Gipps Street Collingwood, on Thursday August 9.
Hosted by Wine Selectors Wine Educator Adam Walls, you’ll go on a food & wine journey that delves into some tried and true classics, as well as introduces some new and interesting styles that are sure to take your wine game to a new level.
Helmed by head chef Jamie Hook, Le Bon Ton’s food menu showcases dishes and cooking techniques drawn from multiple regions of the American South, stretching as far east as Alabama, and as west as New Mexico. This knowledge of low and slow smoked food has created a diverse range of dishes that will be on offer at our Meat Your Match feast, all matched with Adam’s inspired wine pairings as follows:
