Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Merewether Beach sunset, this elegant evening features a bespoke four-course wood-fire menu, expertly paired with 16 exceptional wines from renowned Hunter Valley wineries: Briar Ridge, De Iuliis, First Creek, and Tyrrell’s.
From the timeless appeal of classic Hunter Chardonnay and reserve Shiraz to the intrigue of varietals like Fiano, Pecorino, Tempranillo, and Sangiovese, this is your chance to explore the evolving landscape of Hunter Valley winemaking with some of the best wines the region has to offer.
In an exciting twist, you’ll blind-taste your way through these wines as the producers battle it out for the people’s favourite, as voted by you!
